A yim is a beast of burden common to the country of Loria. They are used by the monks at Tolouri Rakel, as well as many other villages in the area.
They appear to be similar to a yak and a ram. They are the size of a large cow, with shaggy, auburn fur to protect them from the cold winters. They have a pair of curling ram-like horns.
They are used to pull carts. When sheared, their fur makes warm woolen clothing, and yim cows can be milked.
